What to do if the droplet does not start?

Greetings, there is a droplet on DO > pressed power off > and the button turned gray and the loding is spinning without stopping, I can’t start the droplet now, can anyone come across what to do?

The fastest way would be to write to DO support, the vm may have hung on shutdown.

Everything was resolved! Power hung, overloaded and the droplet worked, support resolved the issue after 26 hours, apparently the time difference.
