How to autostart an application on Server 2012 in a specific user environment?

The application is constantly "spinning" on the winserver. It is necessary that when the server is restarted, this application will automatically start in the environment of a certain user, so that when you enter the server under this user, the application is already running and its interface is visible and accessible. How to do it?

Autostart at user login turned out to be done, but the option is not suitable.
Running the scheduler on behalf of the user runs the application as a background process and when you log in, the application is already running, but the interface is not available. This doesn't fit either.

That is, you want your application to work as a service that works as an application? And this is the very environment under which the application-service-application is running, when it is rebooted, where does it come from?
IMHO, the question is to the application - why can't it call the interface when the background process is running.
