What to do if the customer sent an offer and disappeared?

I made a test task for a client from the states, he approved, sent an offer. I accepted it. The customer said that in a few days he would send files for work.
Three weeks have passed, the client does not go online, does not answer questions, the offer hangs. I can't get to work because he didn't send me the files to work with. Money for work is fixed.
What do you advise to do in such a situation?
