I found a mention on the Internet that someone is already withdrawing this way (Upwork -> wire transfer -> epayments).
The dialogue with upwork support did not give anything (generally, I got the impression that I was talking with a robot).
If anyone knows how to properly connect upwork to epayments via wire transfer - please share?

Direct transfer is not supported!
