What to do if Linux does not start after the update?

Hello, in the morning I launched the update through sudo apt upgrade, during the installation I opened a full-screen window, where there were many lines with systemd journal failed .... I rebooted the laptop and after that only the bios is loaded. Help please

You called me, I saw your question.
I can only laugh, because I will kill a few hours for sure to solve the problem.
Oh okay, is there a working device at hand? You need to create a Live flash drive.

Is that the bios? Or does it output something to the console? Grub There and stuff?
The first thing you need to do is put the download in verbose mode.

press ESC.
See where the error is. Usually falls after it.
And yes, it's good practice to publish the OS version and logs, at least made from a mobile phone.

Don't do anything already. If you had a btrfs file system and made a snapshot before the update, you could roll back to it, and so, only reinstallation remains.

I had a similar situation, here is the Ubuntu 20.04 link not loading?
I upgraded from version 19 to version 20. The same all flew off, nothing helped.
But I made a live USB flash drive from the second laptop, installed 19.04 next to it and that's it. Now everything works. Only at the start I choose which Linux I need and that's it (and this can be corrected), but it doesn't bother me much.
And I can work on both 19 and 20 ubunt`e.
