Good evening.
Files are not uploaded to exchangers (dropmefiles, transfiles, etc.), even light images are not uploaded to instant messengers - Whatsapp, Telegram. At the same time, uploading to the cloud in mail and google works.
Files are downloaded, videos are loaded. Speedtest shows results of 74 and 66 mbps for download and upload, respectively.
Where to run, what to do?
