What to do if exactly one computer is not visible in Network Places?

There is a grid where approximately 12 computers. A mix of 7s and 10s. Everyone sees each other in Network Places. Only one seven does not see one ten. That ten sees this 7ku in Network Places. In 7ke 10ka responds. You can manually go to the balls 10ki. I tried to play around with nbtstat in 7k. Did not help. Rebooted both computers. What to do? Where to dig?

Introduce everything into the same working groups. Read about master browser. Forget about visibility in a networked environment forever.
