A few computer glitches, what could be the problem?
My PC started to catch these glitches:
1) after hibernation (sleep mode), when the computer turns off completely, then after a second it turns on by itself again. This happens only after hibernation, after a normal shutdown everything is fine.
2) Sometimes when you leave the computer for a long time, it goes into standby mode and then stays in it until the system is rebooted. That is, you pull the mouse, poke the clave, nothing.
Please tell me what could be the problem?

What is the mother? Had a similar problem with turning on the computer after hibernation on a new Asus mother. I decided by disabling the reaction to the Magic packet in the settings of the network card.
1 - Well, if it's buggy it can hibernate, it doesn't take so long to boot the computer
1.1 - upgrade the screw on the SSD, it will load many times faster
2 - Some driver (maybe a video card) does not wake up from sleep mode, try to update it
I will never refuse hibernation, too lazy to open all the working windows on a new one.
Let's go for the hardware:
Windows Server 2012 Standard Server
DirectX DirectX 11.0
CPU 4x , 3100 MHz
System memory 8176 MB
AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series
Driver version 13.101.0.0 Everything
seems to be updated!
