What to do if, basically, at work you are engaged in bug fixing and it takes too much time and effort?

There is such a question, and I want to understand whether many people have this or not. It's just that after several sprints in a row, in which there are mostly bug fixes, you get tired both physically and mentally. At the same time, professional growth is almost not felt, since you do not learn anything new. And after work, you're too tired to sit down and read something new.

Any good advice on what to do in this situation?

If you do this after someone else's work. Then apparently you need to talk with the authorities and tell him about it.
If you are doing this after your work in the project, then you are doing everything right.

Go to system integrators. I won't say it's better, it's different. It happens that the project arrives 5-8 times. And the same

If these are bugfixes of their own, then these are the norms and quite the "correct" experience and I don’t see the point of buzzing at all.
If this is a fix of other people's bugs - again, firstly you see common bugs and immediately take a step forward for yourself in terms of "do not repeat", well, some especially intricate bugs give much more in terms of understanding the principles of operation and architecture / algorithms in general experience than some books on the subject.
