Order processing system for the store

Recommend a system for processing orders for a small store. The main flow of orders will occur by phone. Planned up to 100 orders a day.

Requirements:
1) separate access system;
2) changes in order statuses;
3) the ability to add as many custom fields as you like to the order;
4) open source, not necessarily free, but to be able to finish it yourself;
