What to do if, after reinstalling Windows 7, part of the HDD volume is gone?

The old HDD broke, I bought a new one. When reinstalling the axis, I allocated 200 GB for drive C. Upon completion of the installation, I saw only drive C (200 GB), there are no other 800 GB (1 TB HDD). Maybe the rest of the part needs to be involved somehow?

Go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Administrative
Tools Select "Computer Management" there Disk Management, and create a partition
