One hard drive - two OSes, how to share?

The laptop is running Ubuntu and Windows.
Windows for visual studio (study), ubunt for everyday use.
Is it possible to somehow share the hard drive so that I can use files from Windows from Ubuntu and vice versa.

Just mount your Windows hard drive.
Here is a link to the official documentation - how to do it.
