SMART -> Reallocated Sector Count -> should I start to panic?
Greetings!
This is what my good old 640 GB Seagate hard drive shows. Bought a long time ago, somewhere around 5-10 years have passed.
Shows this:
Should I panic? There's a bunch of pretty important data on it! Sometimes it "disappears" from the system, appears only after restarting the computer.

If you don't have a backup, shoot yourself in the foot immediately to feel the pain of data loss.
It looks like your hard drive is overheating. I recommend checking with Victoria and remapping if necessary. Only run Victoria from a bootable USB flash drive / disk so that the OS does not interfere. I also strongly recommend that you read the help before starting work, otherwise you can accidentally check the hard disk with data recording and all data on the hard disk will be lost.
According to smart, Command Timeout and High Fly Writes cause the most concern.
Command Timeout can indicate both disk and controller incompatibility (not always critical), or obvious problems with physics.
UDMA CRC Error Rate refers to errors "in the cable". It might be worth checking the contacts, replacing the cable.
Nothing particularly critical, but it's worth thinking about backing up / backing up data.
