What to do after the institute?
I'm trying to find a job after graduation (system administrator, network engineer, etc.), the problem is that everyone wants a ready-made specialist, but no one wants to train. I not only graduated from the institute for the sake of a diploma, but studied for the sake of knowledge, because. I like this profession, I know php confidently, I know how to administer Linux, not HighLoad projects, but small sites, I know the purpose and principle of operation of popular network protocols. I ask for advice in which direction to swim, so as not to waste time in vain and where to go. I would very much like to work with network equipment, for example, in a DC.

Or maybe you just transfer your salary to the card? You do not want to think with your head, but you want a ready-made solution. Everyone's life develops differently, strive for heights and you will be happy. Do what you love. It will be better than looking for a job in a direct specialty. Freelancing. Yes, a lot of options.
I think a lot depends on your material needs. Moderate ambition, offer yourself cheaply. You will work for a couple of years for little money, real experience will appear, then completely different prospects will open up.

Look for a leisurely job to your liking and at the same time offer your services to freelance. Put small price tags and experience will appear.
So, go to DC.
Or to the provider.
For an initial networker, you need something like this: vlan, bgp, ospf, vrf, bridge, nat, static routing, firewall (ipwf & iptables), apache, nginx, postfix, exim, dovecot, openssl, cacti, nagios, zabbix, bash, perl/python
If you really studied for the sake of knowledge, then your thesis would be - real, perhaps even a working project. Well, actually questions where to put it, would not have arisen. Apparently the thesis was something abstract, which is undoubtedly in vain ....
