Should I accept a job offer without discussing the project?

When receiving a job offer from a European gallery, they do not provide a link to the project for security reasons. It is only mentioned that this is a "good client" Time - 2 days to think.

Is this common practice?

Not to disclose the customer before signing the NDA is quite a normal practice
Important 1) Know well about the processes on the project, areas of responsibility, payment terms, KPI, etc.
2) You need to carefully study the contract. Accepting an offer is not yet not signing a contract, if you don’t like the contract, you don’t have to sign it.
The main conditions of work will be the envy of the contract.

You should not give a link to the project. But just "a good customer" is not enough.
There should be a general description of the infrastructure, technologies. For example, everything lives on virtual machines, in docker or in the cloud. For example what languages are used and versions. What CI/CD tools. Do Idea and similar things give. They are not affiliated with the NDA in any way.
And so - you decide. In the offer, the working conditions were told to you, choose what is more important to you.

no link to the project

are you serious? Do you think they should show their product to every incomprehensible person they meet? nobody does that. If you don't like it, just break the contract. Study the conditions carefully. In Russia, for example, on labor in 3 days without explaining the reasons, you can leave, I don’t know how you do it
