Well, if you are concerned about privacy, then you simply should not use the Yandex browser.
There are special browsers for this, for example epic

So it's fun to try to make this browser private. Take epic or mozilla, install the always SSL plugin and Ghostery. On those sites where ssl is available, traffic will go through it. Again, on the Internet, the word "privacy" is very conditional.
