What to consider when transferring the IT infrastructure to a new team?

Dear Sirs, good afternoon! Faced the issue of transferring the entire office IT infrastructure to a new team (there was an outsourcing contractor). I'm currently putting together a list of questions to prepare for the old team to hand over. Tell me, please, is there anything to add?
Perhaps this list will be useful to someone in this form.
List:
General inventory:
• Equipment, workplaces, server room, etc.
• A list of used service and technological solutions with the application of the necessary documentation (a list of databases, a list of licenses, etc.)
• Schemes of exchange between different applications
• Communication - providers, contracts, invoices, etc.
• Providing a full package of documents for office equipment
• List of suppliers and open contracts (actual list of contacts)
Task processes
• Current open projects and tasks. Description of the task tracker and a description of the possibility of exporting the work performed for us. If there is no special software with exporting tasks and plans for them, you can deploy something free or get by with excel. The minimum description of projects and tasks should contain:

  • Brief title of the task.
  • Customer (up to a specific person/department)
  • Performer (if someone is already working on the task)
  • A priority
  • Required time for solving the problem

• General description of key business processes
• Description of the processes of interaction with clients and related departments
• List of open issues (small tasks)
• Available instructions for performing work; job descriptions of specialists
• Transfer of all regulations
Advise what to add. Thank you very much in advance!

In my opinion, in principle, almost everything that is needed, but detailing specifics (disclosure of lists) is not sufficient in the paragraph:
1) server - who, where, what role, power, cooling, network, etc. (there are a lot of pitfalls)
2 ) If there is an accounting system that carries the main part of the enterprise data, describe in more detail what where, how?
That is, where you have a "General Inventory", do more detail (of questions of interest), you are already familiar with the inf-roy a little bit.
You have more questions on the helpdesk, although I don’t think it’s as important as the “General Inventory”
One of the options: follow the ISO 9001 scheme for IT

Well, apart from the obvious "ask for all passwords," we are unlikely to help you with anything. Because if you do not know "what you have set there," then we are even more so.
In general , you can’t just take it and abruptly change the team from one to another. 100% the new team will have questions and "new" unknown passwords will come up.
