What to choose: UPS or voltage stabilizer?

The computer has a new Corsair power supply. Works great. The voltage in the house is relatively normal. But if in the workshop (they are powered by the same line as the house) you turn on a powerful device: an electric motor, a circular saw, a pump, then for a moment the voltage sags (seen by the incandescent lamp) and the computer goes into reboot.
I tested the power supply in normal mode (without working in the workshop) with the OCCT utility - everything is fine. I decided to think about voltage stabilization, which device is suitable in this situation?

UPS, preferably online, with double conversion.
You will catch a stabilizer capable of catching such a surge on the market for a long time (there are a lot of stabilizers and they are different), and the UPS will solve the problem for sure + protect against blackouts as a bonus.
And if you hang a lot of extra batteries on it and organize normal cooling .....

By and large, if you take a UPS, then a voltage stabilizer is not required. In the event of a voltage drop, the UPS will switch to offline mode for a few seconds. However, this is not very helpful for them.
The final question will rather be in finance and functionality. A good stabilizer can be taken literally for 1500 rubles. when the simplest UPS will cost twice as much (I do not take into account the rubbish for ~ 2k rubles, which is unlikely to last even a year).
The best option is a UPS with a built-in stabilizer, but they are even more expensive. There are a lot of options, but if the question is not about money, but about quality, then I advise you to take CyberPower CP1300EPFCLCD, with it, even if the power is turned off, you will have time to save all the documents, watch the movie and also play a couple of matches in tanks with play (unless, of course, your provider has a router with IPB, this is rare in the CIS).
So, any stabilizer is suitable for solving your problem (by the way, even a good surge protector is possible if the drops are not very large). The UPS will provide additional features, but it costs more.
