What to choose for writing API: KOA or Express?

There was a need to write a small stateless API for the database. KOA, as a lightweight version of Express, will it really be the best choice for such a task?

From myself I will add Nest.js. Recently met and really like it.

I haven't programmed in pure Koa or Express for a long time, but from memory, there will be more npm packages for express than for Koa.
Option c Nest is not worth considering, where is such a colossus for a small apishka? But the framework itself is very cool, you can’t argue here, I’ve been sitting on it for a year and I don’t plan to get off.
