Full stack development on nuxt + express template?

Hello everyone, are there people here who have worked with nuxt as a full stack application front + back, nuxt has an official template for this https://github.com/nuxt-community/express-template
I have never created such a hybrid and now I’m thinking how much it is possible to make a workable website of the https://burgerking.ru/ level on such an assembly?
What are the pitfalls to face.
ps I actually already encountered one, the developers did not fix the problem, when we update the express scripts, hotreload does not work, so I have to manually connect nodemoon , but I'm afraid that this is not the only problem.
Therefore, I sit and think it’s worth all the same to divide the whole thing into 2 projects, but it captivates with the fact that everything is in one place at once, and it will be possible to connect TS to this template and use, for example, the same methods of validating forms and dto for example, and then roll it all out with one command (unfortunately, I didn’t roll out working projects, so I don’t know how correct this approach is)
