Is it possible to pre-cache pages generated by pug?

Is it possible to somehow initially cache pages for pug? And then the first time the server generates them for a long time (I don’t want google-bot to go to an uncached page and index it.
Manually it won’t work, I have a lot of them.
Or is it better to generate a ton of html?
