What to choose for a small startup: SP, OOO, etc.?
I created a website, I want to try to work on it, manage it, develop it, and so on. I'm interested.
So, the site will pay the balance and it is still possible to buy a separate product (all sorts of files). There will be contractors and customers who interact with each other, thus the customer receives a different product, and the contractor receives payment. The site earns on the percentage of this transaction and + (separately) the sale of files.
So, I recently asked payment systems without registration and realized that it is better to work after registration. Because I don't want any problems in the future.
The question is : what is better to arrange for such a startup (IP, LLC, etc.) I don’t really understand this myself, I ask for your help so that I can systematize the answers and start digging deeper.
PS I understand that the site is on .ru and all that, but if there are Ukrainian lawyers, then I would be glad to hear your opinion, based on the Ukrainian code (maybe there are some differences, you never know)

If Ukraine, then there is no such status of self-employed. Therefore, LLC or IP. Both options have the right to life, and their pros and cons, which cannot be briefly described.
There are 2 options here. Figure it out yourself, or spend money on a lawyer + accountant, even on a fin. consultants, sometimes helpful too.
The cost of all 10 000r.
In general, individual entrepreneurs, if without partners, are more profitable in 90% of cases, but if you save on lawyers and make the commission business process bad, then this may have problems in the future.
as long as 2 lyamas per year do not exceed income, just pay taxes as a self-employed
If the type of activity allows - for a start, work as a self-employed person. But it is clear that this is not always suitable.
