What to choose: 1660 Ti Max-Q or RTX 2060 (Laptop)?

Hi all!
I choose a laptop to work in such programs as DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Cinema 4D .
I'm looking at MSI Creator.
There are 2 versions of this laptop with the only difference in the graphics card:
1) 1660 Ti Max-Q
2) RTX 2060 (Laptop)
2060 seems to be a little more productive, but will there be a noticeable difference in the programs listed above? Or maybe it's better to take an energy efficient 1660?

By and large, the question is whether rays and tensor cores are needed. Yes - 2060, no - it doesn't matter. IMHO, even if they are not needed, if the overpayment is not significant, I would take 2060. Just because it is a laptop, and then you can’t upgrade it
