At the time of trying to connect, sites stop opening. I tried to run 1.1.1.1 while on a different Wi-Fi network - everything works fine.

I noticed a nuance - when I try to run 1.1.1.1 on the desktop, connecting to a mobile access point, it does not start. I launch 1.1.1.1 on a smartphone on a mobile Internet - it does not work.

I use an Internet from one large provider. Could it be the case in him and he blocks 1.1.1.1 at some level, even if it doesn’t start on the mobile Internet?
