What to ask an employer in a DevOps interview?

Hello Everyone,
there are many companies, there are more of us ... but there are not so many good companies. How to find a company where there is time for self-development, the atmosphere "how to do everything even better than yesterday", good relations in the team and even... but not necessarily - there are trainings.
What questions would you ask an employer at an interview so as not to miss the company?
good luck,
Vadim

- Refine the methodology;
- Specify how the calculation of the RFP is done by hours or by work. days. ;
- Number of meetups per week;
- Reporting;
- How old is the company, and you may ask about the achievements of the company, why not?
- Reviews about the company from customers (company stability) and employees (just do not look at the reviews of managers, etc.);
The activity of the company by TIN - if it does not coincide with the present, again, the indicator.
Position in the employment contract - must be related to your activities or be a leader;
Does the company have debts, courts - all this needs to be checked to exclude bankruptcy ;
PS 1 Vitaly Karasik - added the same one important point about the turnover and its cause.
PS 2 On HH.ru - you can look in the resume section of people with experience in this company - see how long people work in it on average (to the question of turnover).

It does not seem to me that there is a DevOps specificity.
Find out who is in the group, how often people change. For example, where did the previous worker go?
What are they doing? - so you will understand how "real" DevOps is or is it just a name.

Your question is not related to Devops at all. And without devops, there were and are trainings, review processes, the fight against technical debt, self-development and good team relations.
These are common questions at any interview that have a very indirect relationship to devops - but these are good questions,
I agree with Puma Thailand that you should ask the employer questions about how things are in the area in which you consider yourself competent (or trying to be competent)
In the devops area, you can always ask what processes are already automated (build, testing, delivery, monitoring, operations, etc.), what tools, why these tools were chosen, how strong the support will be (you are June, judging by the signature) from the team in their study. Ask what is close to you according to your existing knowledge, so as not to be like "I asked because I was answered that way on the toaster" - to compare with your experience.
And general questions - they should be asked to the employer, regardless of the area in which your work activity takes place

One might ask why the hell do they call ordinary admins devops. Hit on the patient is almost one hundred percent guaranteed.

alas, how many beers
, but the rest is crap, while the younger ones will ride you, and this is devops rough work, but try in Ansible and the like
