The customer came to the negotiations 2 months ago. We talked - went to think.
Came in a month. Singed an agreement. On our part, all deadlines and obligations are met. The Customer, then there was no time, then the answer in 3-5 days at 17:45 or a day off.
With grief, we are ready to hand over BUT:
- But I noticed - that there is no "function", which I showed on the "SITE" and said that I want this
- This is not in the contract or in the TK
- But I thought - if I say it means will be
-We will think about how we can help you ....
This conversation is over. Question - what do you do in this case?
The prepayment is minimal, but you don’t want to lose the design of the logo and website.

If you are "hungry", then the best option is to discuss all the edits that he "thought" and end the project, bluntly saying that everything that is not recorded is not valid and you go to meet him.
If you are "not hungry", stand your ground and conclude an addition to the contract for individual edits, while something can be done in advance. And in case of disagreement, send to the south, because. you also thought that everything that is not in the contract should be done separately for an additional fee.
I would still try to find a compromise, trying to explain to the client that there is TK, but there are his thoughts that you cannot read.
Well, remember, there are troublemaker clients who are easier to send and spend time not on them, but on normal people.
