I wanted to know what counters or time tracking systems you use in your work.
By the nature of my work, I work at a computer all the time and customers require a report on the time spent. What systems do you use?
It is the experience that is interesting, I have seen many systems, but I did not find the right one for me.
The problem is that time is spent on rallies, correspondence, and time cannot be written off for development or testing. Somehow it's not entirely fair.

Redmine, jira, kanbanflow. From experience, everything is convenient and everything can be used. But best of all - ask customers in what form it will be convenient for them to receive reports.
