How to measure your Gmail performance

The question is: are there any utilities (paid / free) with which you can measure the effectiveness of your work with mail (not Outlook).

How quickly I answer, how quickly I sort, how quickly I transfer tasks from “1. Do" in "9. Archive/Done" and so on. Ideally, I want graphics or Excel.

In general, everything that is possible.
Windows/Android.

PS. Outlook because of some features I do not digest.
