Use Google Scripts. I did a similar system, only more complicated, for different systems for receiving orders, into a single table.
Now I won’t take it, but this is the most relatively painless option.
The algorithm is something like this - periodically check the mailbox for letters with a label, parse and put in a table. The label is placed automatically based on the parameters of the letter (if it contains certain words) upon receipt. After processing, remove the label and put another one.
