What threatens for the publication of general details about hacking the program?

There are often articles on reverse engineering of proprietary programs on Habré. I am afraid to write anything like this until I clear up some details for myself.
There is an installer of the engineering program, downloaded from the distributor's site without accepting any agreements. Just an installer from the link.
1. By reversing, we managed to find out how to generate an activation code and, as a result, keygen was created.
2. The program has implemented a code that removes restrictions on some (existing) functions depending on the type of license.
3. A code has been implemented that improves the functions that were originally missing in the original.
Questions:
1. What threatens the general description of the work done, for example, the general principles of coding (without details which bits are mixed), how the Private Key was found, etc. ?
2. What threatens the free service for generating activation codes (for example, through a request in private messages)?
3. What threatens the publication of keygen in the public domain?
4. What threatens the publication of binaries with improved functionality?
In all cases , no commercial benefit is intended . Just a help to users of the old program, long removed from technical support.

The law in the Russian Federation is like a drawbar, the texts themselves are as vague and vague as possible, and only higher courts create precedents.
Therefore, it may turn out that they will punish a harmless 1, or it may turn out that they will not do anything for obviously illegal 3 and 4.

2-4 fall under modification and in capable hands threaten with a fine of at least

2 and 3 - this is absolutely Criminal Code 273
4 can fall under Criminal Code 272
1 with some desire to attract the author - it can also fall under Criminal Code 272.
The absence of a commercial benefit does not mean anything. The law does not say - if you do not pursue profit, then it can be violated :) There was intent - they deliberately violated the law (ignorance of the law, as you know, does not exempt from responsibility).

You write at the beginning of the article "The article is provided for informational purposes, use the information at your own peril and risk!" :)
