What test tasks are given to PHP juniors in 2021?

Hello, the question is in the header.
PS I have seen similar topics, it just seems to me that even test tasks have a certain relevance, I would like to find specifics, like real examples. Thanks in advance!
PPS It’s just that almost everyone writes, in such questions “forget it and get settled, there’s enough knowledge” and so on, but in those tasks that I found, there were tasks where they required to write an API and the like (despite the fact that I don’t have such requirements in the current I see, and on different sites, almost everyone agrees that the API is a middle topic). This is where the question comes from.
upd. Thank you, I understood about the API, but what if it’s less pointwise?

Different give. You never know ahead of time. You just need to either comply and pass, or fail and go finish your studies. All companies have different specifics and all have their own expectations and requirements. There is no generic

Don’t think like that, otherwise you will look like this at the interview:

Writing an API can be easier than writing a simple form. What middle.

Well, whichever it is, writing a post/get request for a ready-made api, or creating a simple application that can accept a request and send information on it is often a job for juniors / interns (although I mostly saw this for go / c #, but I don’t think that for php, this is the middle level, well, seriously, in most cases, you need to write 300 lines of code there with authorization and logging), but most likely they will not let you write an api from scratch for a sales jun.
but in those tasks that I found, there were tasks where they required to write an API and the like
if you found it, then why ask, study the topic, make a couple of applications with api, if you are not familiar with postman (2-3 days will be enough for a jun), then get acquainted and you will be happy.
