What test management system would you recommend?

Hello everyone, advise some test management system, preferably with pluses and minuses.
We tried testlink - a completely inconvenient interface,
We also tried testRail - it's cool, but expensive.
Found more options.
Suggest alternatives?

Redmine, Jira if you pay attention to the correct setting of tasks for both development and testing, then these are not very bad tools
