How do tester exchanges work?

Hello. I have been fond of testing for a couple of months, I tried to work on different exchanges and do it. It’s quite interesting and I like everything, but I can’t find an adequate exchange with a large number of products for tests.
Recently I met an experienced person with whom I talked for a long time on this topic, but when I asked the question - what exchange do you work on, I did not receive an answer, only screenshots.
Maybe someone who has been working for a long time and has real experience can tell from the screenshots what kind of exchange this is? Thank you.
