What technology to choose for working with a 3D model for developing mobile device mods?

Task:
Make a mobile application (in general, it will only work for android, but if possible, then ios)
On the main screen there is a 3d model that you will need to twist with your finger, there will be buttons around this model, when clicked on which will switch to another screen.
The 3D model and buttons will be animated (they will rotate around their axis)
In fact, the 3D model will only be on the main screen

. What technologies are best suited for such a task for developing a mobile application?

There is a three js library that allows you to work with 3D, but I don’t know if it can be used for mobile development, there is also Unreal Engine, you can do it for android, but again, in the tutorials there is only info about games, but I have more like Application

Have you tried going to styles and looking at them?!
What's unusual here?
Just a full screen menu opens at the click of a button!

Specifically, in your example on Envato, a regular page landing. This is not a menu. But if you need a large menu, then search on Google for megamenu .

1. Unity3D, but there are license restrictions.
2. On pure OpenGL ES. It is difficult to start from scratch, but there are huge opportunities in the future. And the apk size will be several times smaller than with third-party libs.
