I would like to know what skills to pump?

I work in a Web studio, device requirements:
1. HTML, CSS
2. PHP, JS (JQuery will be a plus)
3. MySQL
We work with CMS/CMF.
For the first time, CMF MODX Revo is being studied. (Wordpress knowledge would be a plus).
Others work with frameworks, it depends on the company.
And so look what is written in the vacancies.
They often also require knowledge of English, without it it will be difficult to deal with the documentation.
And what skills to pump - it depends on you.
