What indicators can you look at here in profiles to find the right people?

What indicators to look at here (in everyone's profile) in order to recruit interns for remote "growth" (learning for the future)? (Python, ml)

Or maybe there are other similar sites where there are digital real indicators of knowledge/intelligence?
('bare' words without skills about courses / education / diplomas are not of interest at all)

After doing some simple analytics on the " Users " page, I'll answer myself:

([Количество ответов] + [Общий вклад]) / [Количество вопросов] = 50..100
It should be in the range from 50 to 100.
If the indicator is not in this range, this means that the user is either new to the service, or this is a banal "cheat".
Then, you can look at the tag subscribers and the amount of contribution to the tag and the number of responses (usually, from top to bottom, but not always):
1. Neural networks
2. Machine learning
3. Data structures
4. Pattern recognition
5. Algorithms

There are no such indicators. Yes, and not here either, newcomers cannot be assessed by quantitative metrics.
Look at the "Questions", "Answers", "Comments" tabs and, by analyzing the content, determine comfortable / promising people in work.

There is nothing to see in the profiles here. And so there are all sorts of members like hackerrank or leetcode, it would be nice to popularize them among beginners.
