It is necessary to organize daily updating of client file bases. Bases are a set of video files. For new clients, it is necessary to provide access to the full archive, and for those who have previously updated the content, it is necessary to transfer only what has been added / updated.
As far as I know, the P2P protocol does not provide the anonymity of the transmitting server, i.e. its IP address can be found out using this protocol. The development of the topic with P2P prompted the idea of ​​using this protocol in conjunction with a VPN, which will hide the true IP.
Perhaps there is another solution?

vpn will still go up to the existing host and this host will be explicit, you can only hide the address of the real storage.
Can you go the other way, let the server push updates to the client? Clients, for example, on Twitter, publish their addresses and available files, and the server, using a bunch of proxies, pours content.
