What technologies to choose for the SaaS application model?

Who has already done tell me so as not to waste time correcting errors. Essentially a temporary one-time service for a large number of people. The model is like this. The person paid for the service and most likely he will no longer need the service. And so while the service will be relevant. Maybe a year, maybe less.
