What technologies or out-of-the-box solution to choose for web chat for on site?

Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen!
There is an organization that needs to provide customer support. It was decided to place a web chat on a separate page of the site. Some kind of services like jivo-site, I don’t really want to use it ... not quite right ...
Integration is required directly into the page, separate fields for specifying preliminary data before consulting.
That is, you need a highly customized solution.
What to choose as technologies. I tend to write (or use a ready-made solution) a Websocket server on Node, + MongoDb to store the history of correspondence (you can also use sql).
Advise on what to stay, what to choose?

If you look at your tags and need to do something custom and atypical, then I advise Ratchet.
