Will there be any benefit in such an undertaking?

Hello. For pumping Go skills, now I'm thinking of making a library on it that will have a bunch of implemented analogues of php functions.
I wonder if such a tool will be of any use to beginners who just come to Go after the same php.
Thank you all for your subjective opinion.

If a similar function is not present in go in its pure form, then it is possible.
You can try to make a site for a "quick" transition from php to go. (similar to youmightnotneedjquery(functions by category and their analogue))
