How to remove from the desktop supposedly "shortcut" corporate projects (32 bits)?

After installing Microsoft Office 2016 Professional Plus + Visio Pro + Project Pro 16.0.4549.1000 RePack by KpoJIuK [Multi_Ru] __ NNM-Club, something similar to a shortcut appears on the desktop, but is not a shortcut. Just an image of a piece of paper with the name "Corporate projects (32 bit)". There are only three options in the right-click menu: Cut, Create Shortcut and Delete. After deleting in any way possible, this "something" reappears on the desktop. There is nothing superfluous in the Desktop profile folders. What is this "something" and how to get rid of it?

If this is a key entered by the user and he enters it with his hands during login or at a certain moment one-time and then it is used everywhere - write to the session.
If this is the key of your application, it usually does not shine for the user and, accordingly, it should not be contained in any $_POST, stored either in a global constant or in a property of the class that works with this key.
