What technologies in programming are now in demand abroad?

If you are aiming to move to Europe with your spouse, what skills should you focus on? And what should be developed? And to what state?
I have some experience in programming microcontrollers (3-4 projects), for myself I dabbled a little with FreeRTOS (I did a home automation project, I abandoned it due to lack of something to automate). For quite a long time, I wrote various small system userspace services for embedded Linux (message bus, network configuration via Netlink Sockets, auto-mounting of partitions and interaction of this kitchen with the main application) and integrated a sprawling SDK for one proprietary chip into the project. I reconfigured the kernel for several new boards (I did not write drivers as such without going beyond the board initialization level). With the transition of ARM Linux to Device Tree, this skill has lost its relevance ... For the past few months I have been writing in C ++ / Qt, having fun with Go for myself (I can’t boast of completed projects).
In fact, my only objective advantage is the ability to understand almost anything. But, as you know, a cool guy is not a profession.

The skills of an experienced programmer with knowledge of technologies and the intricacies of their use are in demand (here it can be ruby and php and databases and graphics and networks and highload and anything). Well, or a World Champa medal and a recommendation from Google.

Almost any technology is in demand and highly paid, the industry suffers from a lack of personnel.
