And of course, this is especially popular in the field of IT. I saw a bunch of websites with vacancies where you can apply for a job where nothing is essentially required (some kind of loader, seller, and so on). The question is: is there any resource where one could see such relevant offers for positions in IT (developer, devops, techops, admin, tester, etc.)?

This is all pointwise, and they are often searched with the help of word of mouth - giving a call on some Facebook to their friends and subscribers (usually this is done by large media persons, such as, for example, the founder of Nival Sergey Orlovsky - he is constantly looking for relocation to Limassol). It is almost impossible to find such a vacancy with a move without connections (they will also have to adapt a specialist, help him integrate into the culture, etc., etc.).
