What systems would you recommend for creating installers?

Criteria:

1. open source
   
2. fresh (inno, for example, looks strange already)
   
3. and if from NPM, then it's generally cool!
   
4. cross platform

While I found this option. Not very comfortable, of course. And not universal. For electron only.
