What system to choose for content moderation?

We made a mobile application, where the user is generated by UGC. It needs to be moderated. Some automatic checks have already been added, but they are not enough. This is especially true for checking user avatars.
Question: please advise either a tool that can be attached to the backend, where a hired team of moderators can moderate the content. Or a service that will do this for us (however, it is not clear how it is with the conditions and rules of moderation).
In general, what do you use in your projects?

Crisp - cooler and more expensive. Moderov themselves provide.
2Hive is simpler and much more cost effective. You can rent moderators, or you can plant your own
