What system of paid access to content and withdrawal of funds to choose?

Good day everyone!
We are preparing the opening of an educational resource with text, graphics and video content. The content distribution scheme is as follows: the content is divided into thematic blocks (for example, "Business", "Economy", "Marketing"), 1-2 free articles are available in each block, the user pays for the rest and receives a link to download the archive with the rest of the content by topic.
The resource is planned to be launched both on the Russian and international markets.
What content access systems would you recommend? What are the ways to withdraw funds - say, to a bank card?

Connect a payment aggregator to the site. The first thing I remembered was Robokassa. There are a whole bunch more.
