Julija Perfilova , Intel Neural Compute Stick is not a general-purpose computer, but a coprocessor to speed up the computation of neural networks (and when I read about such, I didn’t understand why buy it, if you can assemble hardware of GREAT power on the itx platform on standard components .. yes, maybe it’s more compact, but I don’t see the point of bothering for such penny powers), it won’t suit you in any way.
You have already been told and then repeated! The fundamental problem with modern computers is heat dissipation. Processors have already reached their technological limit for about eight years now, and further development is going along the path of energy saving, throttling (shutdown when overheated, i.e. the processor in the same smartphones is powerful but works for a very short time - seconds or minutes in game implementations).
There are NO ready-made implementations of POWERFUL computers in usb stick format. In the format of a book - there are ready-made ones of medium power and you can assemble them yourself (or order an assembly), .. in the format of a small suitcase (weight of several kilograms) you can assemble very powerful iron. Look at itx or microatx motherboard form factors.
With some reservations, you can try to assemble compact hardware based on top-end smartphones if you defeat the standard temperature control system and add your own makeshift cooling. But there will be a problem with the software, since android or, moreover, macos platforms are difficult to install desktop OS.
ps I seriously considered the option of a folding (inflatable) cooling tower;) where cooling is done by ultrasonic air humidifiers, this is a rather surreal design, but this is the only way to defeat weight, while for operation the system will consume liters of water in a matter of hours and require forced air ventilation in room (otherwise the humidity will rise strongly).
By the way, cooling computers through the central water supply system is also a working case, i. cold water is supplied through pipes to a parallel liquid cooling circuit (normal water cannot be allowed into the processor water blocks, only into a common heat exchanger) and warm water is drained into the sewer.
An alternative is to carry an aluminum radiator to estimate the weight - take ordinary central heating batteries, 1 section ~ 100 watts of heat removed, you need about 400-500 watts without a video card and up to a kilowatt with it.
pps just now I wondered why you need a POWERFUL computer for video editing?

None. This form factor does not imply any powerful processor. The most compact, among which you can start looking - nettops mounted on the back of the monitor.
