What statistics to install on many domains?

What ONE counter to add to a large number of sites in order to collect statistics in one place?
We need primitive statistics - just visitors/hits by domains. The advantage will be the calculation of the time spent on the page, and that's enough.
Here's the thing - there is a cluster of sites. There are about 30 sites in total (and 23 of them are not just landing pages, but real sites). Some of them are multilingual. One supports as many as 16 languages and has 16 domains for each language.
By May, about 12 more landing pages will be launched - most of them are bilingual (usually ru/ua).
In short, domains are much more than 100 and approaching 200.
In each division of the company there are people responsible for the sites and they have their counters there - everything is fine. But we, as a company supporting all this stuff, need summary statistics for all sites. The bicycle is not a desire to invent.
What do you advise?
Yandex does not always work correctly in Ukraine - therefore it is not desirable. Google is out, for a slightly different reason.
What else?
Collecting stat should not be a problem for visitors from the USSR, Europe, North Africa, the near outflow and India. China and the US are not interested.

You can just set up cross-domain tracking with GA

@livetyping

You can connect domains to domainparking.ru and it will collect simple statistics.
