We need materials that you can advise based on your personal experience.
For those who advise Andreev's school, please write back about the results, since when I started to study, I saw "cosmic consciousness" and other esotericism, which has little to do with a scientific approach.

Everyone is running to look at super speed reading technologies, while we are already surrounded by people who read a book in a morning. Born in the USSR and using old techniques. Conclusion: the main thing is motivation and patience, and not hope for circumstances.
