What literature can be read before starting to develop games on various libraries?

Good day to all! What literature can be read before starting to work with libraries such as libGDX, Cocos2D and the like? To understand the very concept of creating games using such and other libraries?
Thanks in advance! :)

@Mountaineer

I advise you to read Andre Lamothe: Programming Games for Windows.
He writes in a procedural style and about DirectDraw(DirectX7) so don't look at his programming style and you can skip the graphics section.
But all other sections - I recommend. There will be about physics, and about artificial intelligence, and much more.
